Revivify Strategy was founded out of the passion for amplifying the consumer voice, taking insights into action and designing product with intention, purpose and a consumer need in mind.

Founders Kate Geiger and Christina Mendieta have proven success leading comprehensive research, insights and innovation projects with start ups and Fortune 500 companies. Their specialities include driving human potential, identifying consumer tensions, illuminating emerging trends, idea facilitation and design sprint moderation.

Kate Geiger started her career in trend forecasting for major CPG players like P&G and Folgers. Leveraging her foundation in prospecting cultural drivers and trends, she then worked as an accessories designer for Target where she led the trend analysis, conceptualization and design of seasonal product across all three private label brands. In her most recent role, she led the insights and strategy team in collecting, synthesizing and translating raw qualitative data into meaningful and actionable insights for industry leading clients like adidas, P&G and Johnson & Johnson.

Christina Mendieta began her career as a denim designer at Target where she fully owned from concept to production the RTW, Plus and Maternity Denim assortment. While at Target, her initiatives in sustainability and inclusive design led to year-over-year category growth. She also led the consumer research and design innovation for the launch of the Universal Thread brand. Sales beat expectations and solidified the launch and continued success of the brand. After her tenure at Target, Christina transitioned into qualitative research leading the largest client account for adidas. She led a team of strategists to design the research and dimensionalize the results into actionable insights for the business units.

This dynamic duo aims to leverage their shared, deep knowledge of the retail marketplace and emerging trends to identify front end innovation opportunities and elevate the voice of the consumer to guide design initiatives that focus on developing long and short term growth in category.
